Offering of securities

Accolade has placed 11,526,134 ordinary shares as part of its initial public offering, including full use by the underwriters Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and BofA Securities of their option to purchase 1,503,408 securities at $22.00 per share. The shares are listed on the Nasdaq stock exchange under the ACCD ticker.
