Moderna has completed the acceptance of applications for its candidate COVID-19 vaccine mRNA-127 Phase 2 study and will proceed to the last part of the study in this phase. In addition, the company, together with the FDA, has developed a research protocol for phase 3 and produced the necessary amount of vaccine for it. It is expected that the initial vaccine research in Phase 3 will start in July and will include about 30,000 participants.
