Developer Ingrad has attracted ₽60.5 billion in project financing from Dom.RF for the construction of a district near Mytishchi. There will be built 550 thousand square meters of real estate, as well as schools, kindergartens and a shopping center. The first buildings of the new complex may be put into operation in late 2023, and the last one - in early 2031. Within the framework of the new project Ingrad will also complete the problematic residential complexes Bulatnikovo and White City, the works on which were stopped back in 2013 and 2016 respectively.
