Alrosa-Nyurba minority shareholders completely abandoned the claim to invalidate the decision of the company's shareholders meeting, the proceedings were terminated. The shareholders chose to defend their interests in an action to recover damages from Alrosa in the amount of ₽34.77 billion in favor of its subsidiary Alrosa-Nyurba.
