TUI Group closed the sale of its subsidiary Hapag-Lloyd Cruises for €1.2 billion to a joint venture with Royal Caribbean - TUI Cruises. The transfer of individual Hapag-Lloyd Cruises vessels to the JV will be completed in the coming days.
