Severstal will increase its stake from 26% to 50% in a joint venture with Linde GmbH, Germany, to produce spiral winding heat exchangers used in LNG plants. The company's order load is approaching 100%, with the possibility of additional capacity expansion. In addition, in December 2019 the JV received its first export order with delivery in 2021.
