IBM acquires a provider of software for process automation using artificial intelligence WDG Automation. The company integrates more than 600 ready-made solutions from WDG Automation into IBM Cloud Pak to help enterprises turn AI algorithms into automated actions. Financial terms of the transaction are not disclosed, it is expected that it will be closed in Q3 2020.
