Sistema Corporation took 6.85% of MTS shares out of collateral in Sberbank, reducing the number of pledged securities to 9.16% of its subsidiary. This happened both due to the reduction of debt on the mortgage loan from Sberbank and due to the growth in the exchange value of MTS securities. "Sistema opened a credit line at Sberbank up to ₽105 billion against a pledge of MTS shares in early 2018 to repay its obligations to Rosneft under the amicable agreement.
