Sberbank established Sberbank Real Estate Funds LLC to manage closed mutual funds in real estate. This is one of the most actively growing segments of collective investment business in the world. Last year the net asset value of UIF under management of Sberbank Asset Management increased by 70%. After the new company obtains the license of the Central Bank, a part of the existing real estate mutual funds will be transferred from Sberbank Asset Management to Sberbank Real Estate.
