Hungary will be the first EU country to allow entry for Russians after border closures due to coronavirus proliferation. From July 15, Russian citizens will be able to visit it on valid visas, but they will have to submit two negative coronavirus tests or spend two weeks in quarantine. Foreign citizens with suspicion of coronavirus will be refused entry. However, it is not yet possible to apply for new visas to visit Hungary.
