WERIDGE INVESTMENTS LIMITED, which together with other subsidiaries of SAFMAR Financial Investments owns more than 50% of the holding, offered the other shareholders to buy back SAFMAR Financial Investments shares from them at ₽534.33 for paper. It is possible to accept the offer till September 21, 2020.
