Amazon developed the first smart food truck - Dash Cart. It uses cameras, sensors and scales to automatically detect and record objects on a digital display behind the handle. The technology allows customers to leave the store without going through a traditional cash register. The result is similar to no Amazon Go cash register, but without the complex technical infrastructure of these stores.
