QIWI has completed the transfer of claim rights to Sovcombank on the Sauvasti cards with a net value of about ₽6.9 billion, as well as a number of other project-related assets for ₽5.8 billion. The loss of QIWI from the sale of Sauvasti will be about ₽0.8 billion. According to the terms of the transaction, some adjustments to its parameters may still occur by the end of 2020, but the company expects that they will not have a significant impact on the total value of the transaction, as well as the loss from the disposal of assets.
