Cherkizovo Group buys a semi-finished poultry plant from Cargill, located in the town of Efremov, Tula region. The acquisition is in line with the Group's plans to increase the share of value-added products and expand its presence in the HoReCa channel, which should become a significant source of revenue for Cherkizovo. The deal is expected to be closed within a few months.
