Members of Sistema's Board of Directors received compensation in the form of shares, increasing their stakes in the company. In addition, Anna Belova, professor and member of the Audit, Finance and Risk Committee, became shareholders of Sistema for the first time, receiving 0.0075% of the company, and Ron Sommer, former president of Deutsche Telekom, received 0.0078%. At the end of June the main owner of AFK Vladimir Yevtushenkov said that all motivation component of managing partners will be carried out in the future only through participation in the equity capital of AFK.
