Fitch Ratings has affirmed Walmart's long-term rating at AA and short-term rating at F1+. The outlook is stable. Agency analysts expect the company's debt burden to decline, although in 2020 the leverage may remain higher due to increased operating costs associated with the coronavirus pandemic.
