Gazprom Holding appealed to the Moscow Arbitration Court against the prescription of the Federal Antimonopoly Service issued as a result of the consideration of complaints about the largest purchase of large diameter pipes in the history of the corporation at ₽96 billion. Earlier it was reported that during the consideration of complaints, the FAS revealed technical violations that did not affect the rights of the participants, which will be eliminated at the conclusion of the contract.
