Business ownership structure

The company City Innovation Technologies conducted an additional placement of 300.026 million shares by closed subscription in favor of its three creditors. Vladimir Churbakov received 112.165 million securities or 15.22% of the company, Ilya Loboda - 139.326 million or 18.9% and Alexander Boglovsky - 48.535 million or 6.59%. The shares have been paid by offsetting counterclaims.
