Business ownership structure

Norwegian Air Shuttle will convert around NOK 812 million into equity by issuing 190,988,375 new shares at a price of NOK 4,24919 to OSM Aviation Group. Thus, OSM Aviation Group will own about 5.52% of Norwegian Air Shuttle. In addition, the companies will share the business currently conducted through a joint venture.
