On July 16 the Yandex company filed a lawsuit in the court of intellectual rights to challenge the decision of Rospatent to cancel the registration of the trademark Yandex.Afisha. The cancellation took place on the complaint of Rambler Group as it owned the trademark Afisha since 2001 and the trademark Yandex.Afisha was registered in August 2019.
