Offering of securities

Qiwi shareholders will sell 6,800,870 Class B shares as ADRs under the SPO, representing 10.8% of the Group's equity or 13.4% of the Class. The selling shareholders will grant a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,020,130 additional ADRs.
