Buybacks

From July 13 to 16, Globaltrans acquired 34,438 of its GDRs. Since the start of the buy-back program on May 12, 2020, 76,877 GDRs have been purchased, representing 0.04% of the company's charter capital. Under the buyback program, the company intends to acquire up to 8,937,046 securities within one year, which is 5% of the share capital.
