Cost of new contracts signed by LSR Group for 6 months. 2020 remained at the same level and amounted to ₽38 billion, while the volume decreased by 6% to 346 thousand square meters. The average sales price increased by 5% and amounted to ₽119 thousand per sq. m. The share of mortgage transactions amounted to 58%, having increased by 10 p.p. 172 thousand sq. m. of net selling space were commissioned, which is 8% more than a year ago.
