Bed Bath & Beyond and 1-800-Flowers have entered into a settlement agreement to litigate, due to the delayed sale of PersonalizationMall.com due to the pandemic. Under the agreement, 1-800-Flowers pledged to purchase PersonalizationMall.com for $245 million, subject to certain working capital and other adjustments. The transaction is expected to be closed by August 3.
