Slack Technologies, a manufacturer of the eponymous workplace platform, filed an antitrust complaint against Microsoft with the European Commission over the merger of Teams with the Office 365 tools. Slack claims that Microsoft forces Office users to install Teams software, blocks its removal and makes it impossible to interact with competitors. The company asks the EC to force Microsoft to sell Teams as a separate product and not to link it with Office.
