IT-company Yandex and Sberbank closed the asset splitting transaction. Sberbank bought out 25% of the Yandex service from Yandex. Money for ₽2.4 billion. In turn, Yandex acquired for ₽42 billion Sberbank's share in the company Yandex.Market B.V., which operates in Russia under the brands Yandex.Market, Beru, Superchek and others. Sberbank's total pretax profit from this transaction was about ₽20 billion.
