Retail Magnit rents 89 shops operating under the brands Euroros, Yablochko and Tvoy in the Murmansk region for 15 years. The total retail area of stores is 52.7 thousand square meters, with the total area of leased premises 79 thousand square meters. The redesign of retail facilities does not imply significant investments and will not lead to the revision of the capital investment forecast for 2020. The transaction is planned to be closed in Q4 2020.
