Business ownership structure

Bank ICB disclosed the ownership structure of its controlling shareholder MC MCB Capital, which through Rossium owns 50.5% of the credit organization. It turned out that the companies, which are 80% owned by the MC, are themselves the main shareholders of ZPIFs, which they own. Such structure of assets ownership is typical for GC Region, with which the main beneficiary of MKB Roman Avdeev planned to merge the assets. Avdeev directly owns 0.15% of MKB Capital and another 19.85% through two Cypriot offshore locations.
