Sandoz, the division Novartis and the Austrian government are investing €200 million over 5 years in the development of antibiotic production at the Sandoz plant in Kundla. The company's investment will amount to €150 million and government funding to €50 million. It is expected that the agreement will be approved by the parties and will enter into force by the end of the year.
