On July 8, Enel Russia received the third payment for Reftinskaya GRES in the amount of ₽4 billion. The company received two payments in the total amount of ₽16.7 billion and completed the transfer of the property to the buyer. The total amount of the transaction is ₽20.7 bln. The transaction also provides for additional payments up to ₽3 bln within 5 years, starting from October 1, 2019, provided certain conditions are met.
