Artem Kiryanov, a member of the Public Chamber, asked the heads of the Central Bank and the Federal Antimonopoly Service to check Sberbank's deals on the takeover of a number of companies. The acquisition of 30% of the SBT Venture Fund II by Sberbank's SBT Venture Fund in OOO Instamart Service - Sbermarket service, as well as the takeover of the Yanedex.Money, Citimobile and Delivery Club services, raise concerns. Kiryanov asks to check the above and other takeover transactions for their compliance with the antimonopoly legislation and the existence of a conflict of interest at the disposal of the state bank funds.
