Uber Technologies has purchased Autocab, a British developer of iGo taxi ordering platform. Using the platform, Uber will be able to connect passengers trying to use its services in places where the company does not work with local taxi operators. The deal will allow the American company to expand its presence in Britain from 40 regions to 170.
