Twitter is negotiating the purchase of the American division of TikTok. It will be much harder for the company to finance the deal than its competitor Microsoft. Experts estimate the value of the American division of TikTok will be tens of billions of dollars. And after the restrictions imposed by the U.S. president, Twitter has only 45 days to complete the deal.
