Offering of securities

Petropavlovsk is issuing another 7,407,407 new shares for bond conversion. The debt securities with a total principal amount of $1 million will be converted into ordinary shares of the company at $0.135 per share. The conversion will increase Petropavlovsk's share capital by 0.19% to 3.907 billion common shares.
