The division of Bayer AG - Leaps by Bayer and Temasek, create a JV based on the startup Unfold. The company creates new varieties of vegetables adapted for vertical farming. In the first round of financing, the partners granted Unfold $30 million and rights to germplasm from Bayer's vegetable portfolio.
