Royal Dutch Shell buys 50% in the Nayara Energy oil and gas project for $9 billion, Reuters reports. It provides for the construction of steam ethylene cracking with a capacity of 1.8 million tons per year, which will be built within 5 years. The investment will amount to $8-9 bln.
