TeleSport Group has filed a lawsuit to recover from Yandex ₽3 billion compensation for the use, including indexing, of its content posted in the public domain. The claim is related to the violation of the rights to showcase the best moments of Italian football matches of the seasons 2018-2019, 2019-2020 and 2020-2021. Lawyers call the process a precedent: so far Russian courts have not considered such claims.
