Business ownership structure

Australian fund Macquarie is going to sell its stake in Enel Russia. To complete the transaction Macquarie, RDIF and the Middle East fund AGC Equity Partners will withdraw from a joint consortium that owns 19% of the energy company. Now each of the partners owns its shareholding directly. Analysts estimate Macquarie's 5.8% share at ₽2 billion.
