Oracle is negotiating the purchase of the Tik-Tok business in the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. According to sources of the Financial Times, the negotiations will take into account the venture backgrounds, which already have a stake in Tik-Tok, such as General Atlantic and Sequoia Capital. Representatives of TikTok and Oracle declined to comment.
