Offering of securities

The shareholders of Zoominfo, including investment funds associated with Carlyle, 22C Capital and TA Associates, will sell 12 million Class A ordinary shares during the SPO. Underwriters will be granted a 30-day option to purchase up to 1.8 million shares.
