Dividends

Gazprom will not refuse to pay dividends due to the fact that the debt burden indicator exceeds the threshold value set by the dividend policy. At the time the decision on dividends is made, the company will focus on its financial position taking into account the market situation and cash flow projections for the group. Gazprom's dividend policy envisages that at least 40 percent of the adjusted IFRS net profit for 2020 will be allocated to dividends.
