The joint O2O enterprise of Sberbank and Mail.ru Group in the field of transport and food has received funding from both parties in the amount of ₽12 billion. Investments are aimed at expanding business areas that were not included in the perimeter of the transaction at the time of the joint venture. These include the 2GIS cartographic service, the Samokat express delivery service and other assets.
