In the 6 months of 2020, Severstal increased by 2.6 times the volume of rolled metal processing using the tolling model, from 10.9 to 27.8 thousand tonnes. The Company offers hot-rolled coils to pipe mills for processing and receives finished products. In addition, despite the difficulties during the pandemic, Severstal ensured 100% capacity utilisation at Cherepovets by reaching new customers and expanding sales geography in Central Asia, Northern Europe and the Far East.
