Business ownership structure

Chartac Management Services, wholly owned by Vladislav Sviblov, has transferred 100% of Fortiana Holdings, which owns 23.95% of Highland Gold Mining. Fortiana Holdings acquired a stake in Highland Gold Mining as part of the execution of the first phase of the agreement to acquire 40.06% for $567.66 million. The acquisition of another 16.11% stake in Highland Gold will be possible after satisfaction of a petition filed with the Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation for the approval of the transaction.
