Raspadskaya lowered its capital expenditure forecast for 2020 from $64-65 million to $50 million, and from 2021 to 2023 it plans to invest $130 million in a new project at Raspadskaya mine and about $70 million in the development of Raspadskaya-Koksovaya mine. In addition, further sales of the company's products will depend on production volumes, as at present, coal reserves are almost zero. The company sold its reserves because Raspadsky open-pit mine is not operating and Raspadskaya mine has also reduced its output by almost 600 thousand tonnes per year.
