The shareholders of Cherkizovo Group will discuss the issue of reducing the company's charter capital at an extraordinary meeting on September 24. This is due to the need to redeem the treasury shares, which represent 6.63% of the share capital. The company must do so as required by law, the press service of Cherkizovo explained.
