Exxon Mobil limits production at its flagship offshore project in Guyana to 100,000 barrels per day due to problems with natural gas back-injection, as flaring is prohibited because it is a source of greenhouse gas emissions. Earlier it was planned to bring the field's oil production to its full capacity of 120,000 barrels per day this month.
