Business ownership structure

Smith & Wesson Brands has completed the business of manufacturing products and accessories for outdoor activities in a separate company American Outdoor Brands. Shareholders of Smith & Wesson received one share of the new company for each of its four papers. Shares of American Outdoor Brands will start trading on Nasdaq August 25 with the ticker AOUT.
