The Board of Directors of Headhunter Group resolved to pay the previously announced interim dividend of $0.50 per share by September 10, 2020. The company announced the dividend on March 13, 2020, but on April 15, it announced a delay in payment until further notice due to uncertainty about the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on its business. The dividend cut-off date will remain unchanged - March 27, 2020.
