The developer Ingrad announced about the close to zero rates on bank loans for housing construction at the company's facilities in the Moscow region, which is associated with the rate of sales. Project financing rate is recalculated monthly and depends on the filling of escrow accounts opened under the financed project. Thus, 5 out of 10 projects in the region managed to achieve project financing rates of less than 1% and there are also rates of 0.01%, 0.1% and 0.2% per annum. Now more than 60% of all sales of the company are conducted on escrow accounts.
